How this pilot works
VoyaSend may buy an approved item directly from a supported U.S. retailer after a request, traveler, and operational details have been reviewed. Senders do not send packages to travelers, and travelers must not accept unknown or sender-supplied packages.
The public pilot is an interest and review experience. Payment and checkout are not currently offered in the public pilot, and an interest submission does not create an order, reservation, trip, purchase, or payout obligation.
Review comes first
- VoyaSend may approve, decline, pause, or request more information about a user, item, trip, route, capacity, retailer, or handoff at any time.
- Eligibility depends on policies, traveler verification, retailer availability, travel plans, airline rules, customs considerations, and operational capacity.
- VoyaSend does not guarantee customs clearance, delivery timing, airline acceptance, product availability, traveler acceptance, or a payout outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information and keep your account and contact details secure.
- Use VoyaSend only for lawful, permitted products and respectful, on-platform communication.
- Do not attempt to exchange private addresses, off-platform payment requests, prohibited goods, or misleading travel or product information.
Changes and contact
We may update pilot policies as the route, retailers, or operational rules evolve. We will record the policy version you acknowledge for a pilot submission or traveler verification. Continued use after an update may require a new acknowledgement.
