Known products only
VoyaSend’s model is designed to prevent unknown-package exchanges. If an item proceeds, VoyaSend—not the sender—buys the approved product from a supported retailer and has it shipped to the verified traveler address. Sender-supplied packages are never permitted.
Human-reviewed operations
- Every first traveler and first sender request is subject to review.
- Travelers may list only verified trips and structured capacity; VoyaSend can pause or decline a listing.
- Product, retailer, category, weight, value, travel, customs, and handoff suitability are reviewed case by case.
- VoyaSend may require evidence such as retailer confirmation, carrier tracking, receipt confirmation, and delivery handoff confirmation if an order advances.
No unsupported promises
Travel schedules can change, retailers can cancel, airlines can refuse an item, and customs authorities can make independent decisions. VoyaSend does not guarantee customs clearance, airline acceptance, delivery timing, final eligibility, or traveler payout. Any future payout remains subject to verified delivery, applicable review, and the then-current operational policy.
Respectful and protected conduct
- Keep communication on VoyaSend and report pressure to pay or exchange addresses off-platform.
- Do not misrepresent an item, identity, itinerary, value, capacity, or condition.
- VoyaSend may freeze or close a request, trip, or account when safety, fraud, policy, or operational concerns arise.
