How pricing works
VoyaSend does not charge subscriptions or membership plans. Each approved request receives a clear, human-reviewed estimate before any payment is requested.

There is no standing fee to join VoyaSend. Before any payment is requested, our team reviews the item, the route, and the proposed traveler match, then shares the costs that apply to that request.

- Disclosed reserve or applicable charges
- Only when a specific request needs an additional disclosed allowance.
The estimate is specific to the reviewed request. We explain any disclosed reserve or applicable charge before moving forward.
Pilot boundaries stay in place
Pricing follows the same care as every request.
VoyaSend is a controlled pilot, not an open package marketplace. The estimate only follows an approved request and a human review.
- VoyaSend may purchase approved, low-risk items directly from supported U.S. retailers.
- Sender-supplied and mystery packages are not accepted.
- Travelers do not front the product cost.
- Sensitive product, safety, purchase, and payout decisions remain human-reviewed.
Interest comes first. A purchase does not.
Early pilot interest does not create a purchase or guarantee item availability, delivery timing, customs clearance, airline acceptance, or traveler payout. We will only discuss the next step after a request has been reviewed.
