Request an approved item
Share a supported U.S. retailer link and receiver details. VoyaSend reviews the item and shows an all-in quote for the product, estimated tax, traveler reward, fees, and any disclosed reserve.

VoyaSend sends a private traveler offer
VoyaSend checks retailer availability and delivery timing to a verified private traveler destination before sending one qualified traveler a time-limited offer. If they decline or time out, VoyaSend tries the next eligible trip.

Commit payment after acceptance
When a verified traveler accepts, VoyaSend invites the sender to complete payment. Only after the approved payment-confirmation flow can capacity become confirmed.

VoyaSend purchases and tracks the item
VoyaSend places the approved retailer order with human review and tracks its shipment to the traveler’s private verified U.S. address. The traveler then confirms custody and completes the secure handoff.

Delivery unlocks the reward
After verified handoff and the disclosed dispute and hold conditions, VoyaSend releases the traveler’s earned reward. The product cost is not a traveler payout.
