For pilot interest, we collect the contact and route details you choose to provide. For traveler verification, we collect private profile, contact, payout-preference, emergency-contact, and U.S. delivery-address information needed for manual review.
How we use it
- Review whether a person, product request, or trip may fit this pilot.
- Communicate about a requested review, verification, policy acknowledgement, or operational next step.
- Protect the marketplace, investigate reported issues, and maintain limited audit records of material actions.
What stays private
A traveler’s exact U.S. delivery address, legal name, contact details, payout preference, and verification information are not shown in public matching or general operational queues. Only the traveler and authorized VoyaSend personnel may access them when necessary for the pilot.
- We do not ask you to upload government-ID or selfie documents in this pilot experience.
- Do not place an address, ID, payment information, receiver details, or package information in the public pilot intake form.
Retention and requests
We keep information only as needed for pilot review, safety, operations, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible information, subject to records we must retain for safety or compliance. This notice describes the pilot and is not a promise that every request can be completed.
