No. VoyaSend does not accept sender-supplied or unknown packages. If a request advances, VoyaSend buys an approved product from a supported retailer and ships it directly to the traveler’s private verified U.S. delivery address.
Can I pay or check out today?
Not through the public pilot. The current experience collects interest and supports human review only. It does not offer public payment or checkout.
Will an item definitely arrive in Addis Ababa?
No. Travel, retailer availability, airline acceptance, customs decisions, and final delivery are all subject to review and change. VoyaSend does not guarantee customs clearance or delivery timing.
Can I see a traveler’s address or contact details?
No. Traveler addresses are private. VoyaSend limits personal information to what is operationally necessary and permitted by policy.
How do travelers earn?
This pilot does not promise a booking or payout. Any future traveler reward depends on a reviewed order and verified delivery under the operating policy in effect at that time.
